Regent Seven Seas Cruises has revealed details of its next, entirely new class of cruise ship which will set sail in 2026.

Named Seven Seas Prestige it will be the first newly designed vessel for Regent Seven Seas Cruises in ten years. It will also be the first of two Prestige-class vessels offering guests more space; new dining venues and new types of accommodation; and enhanced bars and lounges.

“This incredible new ship will be the epitome of timeless elegance, exemplifying Regent’s commitment to excellence which is reflected in every aspect of her elevated design and exuding an ambiance of sophistication and refinement.”

Andrea DeMarco, President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Seven Seas Prestige will be the seventh vessel in the fleet when it debuts in 2026. It will also be the biggest, with space for 850 guests. In fact, the vessel will weigh in at 77,000 tons; that’s 38% heavier than Seven Seas Grandeur.

New accommodation choices

Regent Seven Seas Cruises remain tight-lipped about the accommodation on board. However, they have told us there will be entirely new suite categories. Not to mention a reimagination of the top-of-the-range Regent Suite. The cruise line say more details will be released at a later date.

New restaurants and more public spaces

Seven Seas Prestige will also boast new restaurants. It will also get enhanced bars and lounges. The cruise line say these will all be lavish and thoughtfully designed.

In addition, Seven Seas Prestige will offer more personal space for each guest. Indeed, space to call your own has become one of the most sought after luxuries for cruise passengers.

“Space at sea is a key pillar for Regent and a primary desire for luxury travelers. Seven Seas Prestige was designed with this in mind.”

Andrea DeMarco, President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

So Seven Seas Prestige will boast one of the highest passenger to space ratios in the cruise industry.

Details about the Seven Seas Prestige maiden voyage and debut season are yet to be released. Visit the Regent Seven Seas Cruises website for more information about Seven Seas Prestige.
