America’s favourite TV mom, Florence Henderson, will lead the star studded Holland America Line “Dancing with the Stars: At Sea” Champions Cruise.
The stars
Ms. Henderson will be joined onboard by Emmy Award winning celebrity stylist, author and fashion designer Carson Kressley. Both have been previous contestants on the US edition of Dancing with the Stars. Dance pros Tony Dovolani and Kym Johnson from the hit TV series will also join them.
These four fan favorites will take to the stage to perform routines from the popular television show as well as exciting new choreographed dances on a 7-day Caribbean cruise on the ms Nieuw Amsterdam.
The guest champions
The highlight of the Champions Cruise will be the battle for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy and the title of Holland America Line’s “Dancing with the Stars: At Sea” Champion. Each of the contenders will have won their place aboard the Champions Cruise on previous Holland America Line sailings. During the 7-day Champions Cruise they will compete for the champions title, as voted for by their fellow guests.
Additional events on onboard include dance lessons with the ship’s professional dancers; a special fashion show featuring glamorous show costumes from the TV show; and a chance to meet the stars, ask questions and take photos with them.
Where and when
Holland America Line “Dancing with the Stars: At Sea” Champions Cruise to the Caribbean departs Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on 10 January, 2016. The voyage lasts 7 days. Florence Henderson and Carson Kressley will also appear on the theme cruise departing the week prior on 3 January 2016.
