Cunard’s culinary offering will get a major boost thanks to a partnership with Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux, as well as new restaurants set to debut on Queen Anne.
The culinary collaboration with Roux will see an exclusive Michelin-starr inspired gala menu created for the Queen’s Grill restaurant on Queen Anne. What’s more, chef Roux will shape a brand new menu for the Golden Lion pub, fleet-wide.
“For me, there is no better recipe than blending high quality ingredients with elegant execution to create unforgettable experiences for diners, and I am incredibly excited to showcase our elevated, reimagined pub classics to Cunard guests very soon.”
Michel Roux – Michelin-starred chef.
Chef Roux’s new menus will debut on Queen Anne in May 2024. Other ships in the fleet will also get the Golden Lion pub menu later in the year.
New dining venues on Queen Anne
Cunard have also revealed four new restaurants to be introduced on Queen Anne: Aji Wa, Aranya, Sir Samuels, and Tramonto.
Three of these will be speciality dining venues, so guests will need to pay a supplement to dine there.
Japanese cuisine including sushi and sashimi will be available for lunch and dinner in Aji Wa. Fine Indian fare will be on offer in Aranya restaurant on Queen Anne.
Sir Samuels will present a classic steakhouse menu with top-grade British and Australian produce. While Tramonto will serve up Mediterranean inspiration in a stylish indoor venue, or al fresco.
The new restaurants are sure to be a welcome boost to Cunard’s culinary repertoire and will debut on the line’s new flagship, Queen Anne, in May 2024.
