Exploring the World’s most rugged and beautiful regions will soon get even more enticing with the launch of Seabourn Venture, an ultra-luxury expedition ship.

The new Seabourn Venture will be constructed in Italy. As we have previously reported, it will set new standards in expedition cruising. Indeed, guest will dine in the lap of luxury in the Colonnade restaurant.

The famous designer Adam D. Tihany is responsible for the interiors and he has brought his masterful touch to the Colonnade on Seabourn Venture – reimagining the classic Seabourn space.

The Colonnade on Seabourn Venture will include everything guests have come to know and love including the best buffet at sea and delightful al fresco dining.

However, look of the Colonnade on Seabourn Venture will be unique. It will feature a ceiling with riveted curved wood panels inspired by the hulls of historic maritime design. Tihany wants it to have a sense of being inside the hull of one of the first expedition ships. Also, there will be plush banquette seating with leather buckle details and beautiful inlaid timber tables. 

The buffet Colonnade on Seabourn Venture will usher in other changes too, including table-side service at dinner. In addition There will be new family-style dishes by Michelin star chef Thomas Keller. These sharing plates include Clam Bake and BBQ Ribs and are based on chef Keller’s own childhood in America.

The 264-guest Seabourn venture will debut in June 2021. It will boast 132 luxuriously appointed ocean front veranda suites. The new expedition vessel will also have an ice-class hull, which will guarantee access to the World’s most remote and beautiful regions.

In addition, Seabourn Venture will have a World-class Expedition Team on board, as well as a fleet of Zodiacs, kayaks and even submarines.
