Ultra-luxury cruise line Seabourn has unveiled its 2026-2027 fall, winter, and spring itineraries, promising discerning cruise guests a coveted mix of off-the-beaten-path ports and immersive cultural experiences across three of its elegant ocean vessels. With 31 carefully curated voyages reaching 73 destinations in 30 countries, the new collection elevates the art of slow travel through some of the world’s most captivating regions.
Japan in full bloom
For the first time, Seabourn will time its Japanese sailings to coincide with the country’s enchanting plum blossom season. The Seabourn Encore will offer a 12-day voyage from Hong Kong to Tokyo and a 14-day round-trip Tokyo sailing, both showcasing this lesser-known but equally splendid floral display. Later in the season, three 14-day round-trip Tokyo voyages will capture the iconic cherry blossom season, with extended stays in culture-rich Osaka and Kanazawa.
Southeast Asian sojourns
The Seabourn Encore will also chart a course through Southeast Asia with a series of 14-day voyages between Singapore and Hong Kong, plus two new round-trip Singapore itineraries: an eight-day Malaysian Peninsula exploration and a 14-day Gulf of Thailand journey. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate exclusive “Shopping with the Chef” experiences in bustling markets of Penang and Ho Chi Minh City, while overnight stays in Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City allow for deeper cultural immersion.

The pristine shores of Ko Kood, Thailand, provide the backdrop for Seabourn’s signature “Caviar in the Surf” experience – where uniformed staff wade into turquoise waters, serving champagne and caviar from surfboard-turned-tables before a lavish beach barbecue.
Caribbean treasures
Between November 2026 and March 2027, the Seabourn Ovation and Seabourn Quest will explore the Caribbean’s more intimate ports with 20 voyages ranging from seven to 16 days. Departing from Barbados, St. Maarten, Miami, and San Juan, these itineraries reveal 24 distinct ports across 19 islands, including several UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Montserrat – the “Pompeii of the Caribbean” – offers rare opportunities to tour the Soufriere Hills Volcano observatory and exclusion zone, while the Dutch colonial architecture of Willemstad, Curaçao, presents a vibrant contrast to the island’s windmill-dotted countryside. Carambola Beach on St. Kitts hosts another iteration of the line’s famed “Caviar in the Surf” experience.
Festive voyages
For holiday-goers, Seabourn has created several celebratory sailings. Seabourn Encore will embark on a 22-day “Best of Southeast Asia” journey from Singapore to Hong Kong, while Seabourn Quest offers a 16-day round-trip Miami voyage with Christmas in Carambola Beach and New Year’s in Antigua. Seabourn Ovation presents a 14-day Caribbean circle that can be enjoyed as one voyage or as two seven-day segments.

“Whether it’s exploring vibrant markets with our chefs in Penang, Malaysia and Ho Chi Minh City or witnessing Japan’s breathtaking cherry blossoms in full bloom or indulging in complimentary signature events like Caviar in the Surf at Carambola Beach, St. Croix and Ko Kood, Thailand, our curated voyages will continue to create unforgettable ‘Seabourn Moments’ our guests live for.”
Mark Tamis, president of Seabourn.
