The secrets of the World’s biggest suite on a luxury cruise ship have been revealed. The Regent Suite onboard the upcoming Seven Seas Splendor will include a US$200,000 hand-crafted bed and a magnificent spa retreat.
“The Regent Suite is the ultimate example of how Seven Seas Splendor will astonish luxury travelers with an unrivaled experience, and it reflects the superior level of detail you’ll uncover throughout this stunning ship,”
Jason Montague, president and chief executive officer of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
The new Regent Suite will not only be the largest at sea, but the most opulent in the Regent Seven Seas Cruises fleet. The luxurious residence will be perched high on the 14th deck of Seven Seas Splendor and measure an incredible 412 sq. m. / 4435 sq. ft.
The Regent Suite will have unobstructed 270-degree views over the ship’s bow from a 120 sq. m. / 1292 sq. ft. wraparound veranda. There will also be a glass-enclosed solarium located right on top of the bridge so guests can enjoy a Captain’s view of the World.
The Seven Seas Splendor Regent Suite includes every conceivable comfort. Indeed, it’s sure to score top marks in a luxury cruise review! There’s even a hand-crafted Hästens bed valued at US$200,000. It takes 18-months to construct and is made with a pinewood frame, steel springs, and layers of flax, horsetail hair, as well as cotton and wool batting.
The Regent Suite will also boast an Italian marble spa treatment area. There’ll be a sauna and heated relaxation loungers as well as a multi-jet shower. Guests in the Regent Suite will also get unlimited in-suite complimentary spa treatments. There’s even a Treesse mini-pool spa on the front balcony.
It’s sounds like it will be the ultimate residence at sea. Of course, the Regent Suite also comes with a dedicated personal butler. He’ll look after everything, from restaurant bookings to mixing in-suite cocktails. Plus, if you stay in the Regent Suite there will be a personal car and driver waiting for you in every port.
Seven Seas Splendor is still in the design and construction phase, but is slated for a February 2020 launch. In fact bookings for the new luxury cruise ship are already open and the Regent Suite is sold-out for most of the inaugural season.
