Oceania Cruises are famous for their exceptional on board dining options. Now the premium cruise line will raise the bar once more, announcing Oceania’s Vista dining scene will have no fewer than twelve culinary venues.
Indeed, it is an unprecedented number of dining options for a cruise ship accommodating 1,200 guests. What’s more, four of the venues are brand new and exclusive to Vista.
“Vista will present a fresh perspective on the finest cuisine at sea with an astounding array of dining options that range from informal to the extravagant.”
Bob Binder, President and CEO of Oceania Cruises.
Ember Restaurant
Among the new dining venues on Oceania’s Vista is Ember. Billed as a signature addition to Oceania Cruises’ family of restaurants, it will have an alluring ambiance with a real fire place, not to mention a tantalising menu.
Indeed, Ember will feature a tempting array of American-inspired dishes, including Grilled Swordfish with Asparagus, Braised short ribs on Polenta and Crab Cakes with Spicy Aioli. Ember will be open for lunch and dinner.
The Aquamar Kitchen
The Aquamar Kitchen will be another new addition to the dining scene on Oceania’s Vista. Reflecting the philosophy of the Aquamare Spa + Vitality Center, the casual eatery will offer a wellness-based menu with an emphasis on good health.
There will be cold-pressed raw juices, as well as avocado toasts and organic power bowls for breakfast. At lunch time guests can enjoy Yellowfin Tacos with white cabbage slaw, or even a Crunchy Chicken Sandwich on a freshly baked whole grain roll.
The Culinary Center Dining Room
The Culinary Center Dining Room will also be new and exclusive to Vista. Located adjacent to The Culinary Center teaching kitchen, the chic and airy space will have ocean views to compliment the locally-inspired recipes from the teaching kitchen.
The Bakery
Rounding out the array of new dining options on Oceania’s Vista will be The Bakery. Just steps away from Baristas, it’s an evolution of the buffet offering on Riviera and Marina. The bakery will serve freshly baked French and Italian pastries.
Oceania’s Vista dining scene reimagined
In addition to the new restaurants and casual eating venues on Vista, the cruise line has been busy reimangining the rest of the Oceania Vista dining scene.
“We have never been content to rest on our laurels, so even the expected has become the unexpected. A dramatic re-inspiration of every dining space from décor to table setting to menu offerings has resulted in a new pinnacle of diversity and creativity for our guests to enjoy.”
Bob Binder, President and CEO of Oceania Cruises.
The ever-popular Grand Dining Room will get a smart new decor as well as an all-new Executive Chef’s Tasting Menu. Toscana and the Polo Grill will also benefit from a fresh new look.
So too will the Terrace Café, where guests will discover an all-new plushly adorned dining room as well as an alfresco terrace shaded by umbrellas.
The outstanding Red Ginger restaurant will re-emerge on Vista also boasting a striking new look. It can best be described as colonial-Singapore meets Paris chic.
Rounding out the new Oceania dining scene on Vista will be the private room Priveé, the poolside Waves Grill and Baristas where guest can enjoy the best coffee at sea.
It’s worth noting that the French-inspired Jacques restaurant from Riviera and Marina has not been included on Vista. Nor has La Reserve by Wine Spectator.
Oceania Cruises Vista will debut in 2023. For more information about the new Oceania dining scene on Vista visit the Oceania Cruises website.
