The Azamara Pursuit pool
The Azamara Pursuit pool is perfect for a refreshing dip. There are also whirlpool tubs for soothing tired muscles.
Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool. There are more loungers on the decks above; these are ideal if you prefer quiet seclusion.
The temperature of the pool is usually 27ºC / 80ºF.
The Sanctum Spa
The Sanctum Spa has a wide range of health and beauty services for both ladies and gentlemen. Many of the treatments take inspiration from exotic cultures in the East. For instance, there is a Jade Stone and Coconut Poultice massage, as well as acupuncture and cupping. For those who enjoy more traditional treatments there are also Swedish and Deep Tissue Massages.
In addition, the Sanctum Spa provides BIOTEC and ELEMIS facial treatments, as well as manicures, pedicures and waxing.
A full service hairdresser and a barber are also available.
The Sanctum Terrace
One of the most exclusive places on Azamara Pursuit is the Sanctum Terrace. It is a serene space at the front of the ship with magnificent views across the bow. What’s more, it also has a thalassotherapy pool.
However, access to the Sanctum Terrace is reserved exclusively for the following guests:
- Suite guests.
- Those who have taken a treatment in The Sanctum Spa.
- Guests who have purchased an entry pass:
- USD160 Per couple per voyage*.
- USD99 Per person per voyage*.
- USD35 Per person per day*.
Azamara Pursuit gym and fitness
Azamara Pursuit has an unexpectedly large fitness centre. The gym has lots of exercise machines and free weights, while there is also space for yoga and pilates classes.
You can even book a personal trainer; a 30-minute Results Based Training session starts from USD69*.
For those who like jogging there is a running track above the pool deck. Thirteen laps around the track is 1 nautical mile / 1.85 k.m. / 1.150 mi.
