The Queen Elizabeth Grills Terrace

Queen Elizabeth has certain areas reserved exclusively for Grills guests. These spaces generally have enhanced amenities and better service. The Grills Terrace is one of these areas.

The Grills Terrace is located on the top deck of Queen Elizabeth, above the Queen’s Grill Restaurant. It has lovely shaded areas and comfortable padded sun loungers.

Throughout the day there are regular presentations of iced treats and cool drinks. Also, the staff are happy to take orders for libations and snacks.

It’s worth noting that there is no direct access from the Grills Terrace to either of the pools on Queen Elizabeth. Indeed, the nearest pool is the family-friendly Pavilion Pool. The adults-only pool at the stern of the cruise ship is entirely out of reach. However, the Grills Terrace does have two freshwater showers for cooling down on hot days.

Other wellness amenities

With the exception of the Grills Terrace, the wellness amenities on Queen Elizabeth are shared among all 2,081 guests. So it’s worth remembering that when making appointments for wellness services your first choice might not be available.

That said, Cunard’s spa has a full range of relaxation treatments including indulgent massages and facials. There is also an Aqua Therapy Suite as well as a full service salon for both women and men.

If you feel active you can try your hand at fencing in the Queen’s Room. There are also two pools and a gym. The Promenade Deck is great for walking or jogging.
