Seabourn Encore Pools

There are two Seabourn Encore pools and six hot tubs. On deck 9 midship you will find the main pool together with two hot tubs. On deck 5 there is a smaller, rear facing pool with another two hot tubs. While a single hot tub perched high on the bow has spectacular views. The Seabourn Encore pools are surrounded by smart teak decking with plenty of sun loungers, and they are heated to 27ºC / 80ºF for maximum Seabourn Encore wellness too!

Guest relaxing around the main Seabourn Encore pool are offered cocktails and snacks throughout the day. There’s also plenty of sunscreen and even cleaning cloths for sunglasses. The main pool can be very crowded on sea days.

If seclusion is what you seek then head for the smaller pool at the back of Seabourn Encore. It has great views over the stern and is the perfect place to relax.

While the service around the main Seabourn Encore pool is excellent, I did note it was lacking at times around the rear facing pool.

The Retreat

The Retreat is an exclusive new area on Seabourn Encore offering upgraded service, food and beverage offerings. Located on the uppermost deck, The Retreat consists of 16 luxuriously appointed cabanas positioned around a central heated whirlpool.

There is an additional charge to use The Retreat – US$249 on port days and US$349 on sea days per cabana.

Seabourn Encore wellness spa

The Seabourn Encore spa rivals those of the best 5-star luxury hotels. The Spa at Seabourn occupies the entire rear section of deck 9 behind the main pool and has treatment rooms, a thermal area with saunas and a salon too.

Seabourn have partnered with celebrity wellness guru Dr. Andrew Weil to offer a selection of wellness programs. These Seabourn Encore wellness programs give a holistic spa and wellness experience that encourages physical, social, environmental and spiritual well-being. A certified yoga and meditation practitioner is also on hand to inspire and educate guests.

In addition there are traditional spa treatments available as well, including facials, massages and nail care.

After treatments guests can relax on the outdoor terrace.

Fitness

Seabourn Encore has an excellent gym as well as rooms dedicated to step-classes, pilates and yoga.

Sadly Seabourn Encore does not have a dedicated walking track, so guests improvise by jogging around the deck above the main pool or back and forth along to open decks of deck 5.
